The Cloutlayer Additional Terms are intended to highlight some of the important things about using our different products, services, packages, features, functions and add-ons.

The Additional Terms form part of the Cloutlayer Customer Terms of Service and are hereby incorporated therein.

1 Email Credits

Email Credits are units of payment. Each email send costs one Email Credit.

Email Credits are used for any attempted email send regardless of the outcome (bounce, fail, etc.).

Email Credits are expire after 12 months.

Email Credits have no cash value, cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash, and represent a limited license to use the Subscription Service for the specified volume and type of service.

To send an email, the number of available Email Credits in your Cloutlayer account must be equal to or greater than the number of planned recipients.

2 SMS Credits

SMS Credits are units of payment. A SMS may have more than one segments. Each SMS segment costs one SMS Credit (for a specific country code). SMS Credit price vary based on the Country or/and the carrier to which the SMS is being sent.

SMS Credits are used for any attempted send regardless of the outcome (fail, undelivered, unsent, etc.).

SMS Credits expire after 12 months.

To send a SMS, the number of available SMS Credits in your Cloutlayer account must be equal to or greater than the number of planned recipients multiplied by the number of the SMS segments for a specific country code.

SMS Credits have no cash value, cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash, and represent a limited license to use the Service for the specified volume and type of service.

3 SMS Sending Availability

SMS sending will only be available in Greece for now (+30 country code).

4 Enrichment Data

Cloutlayer kDB (knowledge database) is a database of universal information that Cloutlayer gathers from public and third party sources. It is updated in real-time as we get new information.

“Enrichment Data” means the information we make available to you as part of the kDB database. Enrichment Data does not include Personal Data. We do not use Customer Data to populate Enrichment Data.

If we make Enrichment Data available to you, then you may only use that Enrichment Data in connection with your use of the Subscription Service. We may change what Enrichment Data we provide, or discontinue providing Enrichment Data at any time with or without notice to you.
