Cloutlayer Customers need to obtain the explicit permission of their subscribers before adding them to their communication lists.

Cloutlayer provides to Customers a public portal where subscribers can update their communication preferences.

Cloutlayer will never send unsolicited emails or SMSs and does not work with anyone that does. Any user who breaches our policies (or attempts to do so) will immediately be suspended.

Cloutlayer includes features to the Subscription Service which are intended to assist Customers in complying with specific legal obligations.
